Will always be a loyal customer to Thugga. Shipping took about as long as it usually does. Roughly 7 days. Sometimes a little shorter sometimes longer. I would rather it take two weeks and know that if anything goes wrong the vendor will take care of me as a customer. And thats what ThuggaKing has always done. And no.matter.what. the product is always GRADE A AWESOME. Thanks, King. Per usual, you are the greatest. I will be returning for ANOTHER PURCHASE here asap.

I've been a customer for a surprisingly long time; because I've always received great service and a consistently great product at a price that seems very fair.
Always dependable. and always ships my order by the next business day
I only recall three issues. One caused by the USPS and had me a little worried for a minute. The other two were both my fault.

The product isn't terrible, but its definitely not great by any means either. I suspect it to be cut with something (perhaps ISO?) which would dampen anyone's enjoyment.
Thugga is a solid vendor, but if I came back tryna cop, it won't be for the ice. All well

Used Thugga a few times, and decided to try another vendor out of curiosity. Big mistake. I'll never go to anyone else on here. Im a customer for life.

I cannot stress this enough, this is high quality product. The other vendors stuff was absolute trash compared to Thuggas product. You get quality, perfectly weighed, and stealthily delivered product every time.

For the sake of transparency and assurance, this last order took almost 3 weeks. I never received the first parcel, but the vendor was very communicative and kept me up to speed to what was happening. Thugga promptly sent another order for replacement and I received the product. Kind, understanding, and honest is all you will get out of this vendor. Look no further. This is the only person you should spend your time and money on. You wont be disappointed.

Great stuff.
Continues to have stable, not to mention reasonable prices for a top-shelf product. Always responsive and always reliable.
Package arrived later than expected, looking like it'd been run over by a mail truck or something; top part crushed and sporting an actual black tread-mark, and a "We Care" note from the USPS apologizing for any damage to the contents, signed by the responsible post office's Postmaster, with a local phone number, (his?), if I need further assistance. Actually quite unexpectedly considerate I think; but then again, the USPS and the Military are the exceptions within the Federal government, because they have an actual purpose and they do it really well.
Anyway, top of internal packaging was twisted, but unopened or torn. Contents were scrunched in the bottom of internal packages, but still sealed and apparently undamaged; unless the portion consisting of loose crystals are from a crushed shard😬
