Mephedrone
Mephedrone is a synthetic euphoriant and empathogen. Its mechanism of action is based on the blockade of monoamine neurotransmitter reuptake—serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine—as well as the inhibition of monoamine oxidase (MAO) and catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT), which increases the concentration of these neurotransmitters in the synaptic cleft. It induces feelings of euphoria, good mood, increased trust in others, sociability, a desire to be the center of attention, increased self-esteem, a desire to move, and sexual arousal. The substance is ideally suited for sexual activity.

Mephedrone has a short duration of action: 30-60 minutes when taken intranasally, and 1-2 hours when taken orally.

Ventilate the room, lie down, and rest. Do not consume anything else that day. Do not redose! Continue drinking fluids in small sips, preferably still mineral water. If the heart rate is above 120 BPM, Propranolol (20 mg sublingually) or Moxonidine 0.3 mg or analogues can help. Rest, avoid physical exertion, irritants, and stressors. Do not fixate on negative experiences and unpleasant sensations.
Taking benzodiazepines or Phenobarbital.
Conducting trips longer than 24 hours is dangerous and ineffective. Plan your time taking into account the strong urge to constantly redose.
